When you buy a course, you get personal access to it for 12 months. Each purchase is for one person, so please don’t share your login.

The documents you create in a course are yours. You can download them and keep them, and you keep them after your access ends.

The Student Compass courses are for people 18 and older.

The full Student Compass course opens on January 1, 2027. When you pre-order, you pay now and we email you when the course is ready. You can cancel any time before it opens for a full refund.

• Individual courses: write to marian@corecompass.ai within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven’t completed the course.
• After completion: once you’ve finished a course and received your certificate, the purchase isn’t refundable.
• If something doesn’t work: if a problem on our side keeps you from using a course and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you, whatever the date.
• Campus and department purchases: these follow the written agreement with your institution.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

A Core Compass certificate shows that you completed a course. It isn’t a grade, academic credit, a professional certification, or a measure of skill.

The Compass tools use AI. They can make mistakes, and they aren’t counseling, therapy, or professional advice. You decide what to keep, change, or ignore.

We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top will change, and we’ll email you about any change that affects a course you’ve bought.
